Return Policy
Products purchased at ChargeMakers BV can in most cases be returned within 14 days after receipt are returned.
When you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, new in unopened packaging without any damage.
Register your return via the section 'My Account'->'Helpdesk Tickets' and create a ticket with the category 'Return Request' on www.chargemakers.com and wait for us to accept the RMA. This also applies to returns within the trial period of 14 days without a warranty claim. Please note that you the products must be returned within 14 days of informing us. Do this, just like we do, insured against the value of the contents of the package, so you avoid unpleasant surprises if the package gets damaged or lost en route.
Processing of the return
After we have received your return, we will start assessing the returned Products and the processing of your refund. It purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. The amount will be refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account.
Items that cannot be returned
The following types of items cannot be returned:
· Products that are custom made to buyer's specifications
· Products that are delivered sealed and that cannot be returned with a broken seal
So:
– Register your return via our site ('My Account'->'Helpdesk Tickets'->'Return Request')
– Prepare the package by putting the products in the return shipment
– Send the package insured and at their own expense return to us within 14 days of registration
– Upon arrival, the products are checked and if everything is approved we go to the last step;
– You will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days
