And that was actually only forecast for 2020. More than 50,000 extra fully electric cars (EVs) on the road in the Netherlands brings the total to 108,000 EVs. This makes the Netherlands one of the leaders in EV adoption worldwide.
The number of (semi) public charging stations is growing, but not nearly as fast as the number of electric cars. There are now 51,000 charging points in the Netherlands (including fast chargers). The pressure on public charging points has therefore doubled due to EV sales in 2019! A great opportunity to work with our mobile charging points to bind the EV driver to you.
